"Divine Mercy Chapel of the Holy Family"
Something Great Happened on this Day: All To God's Glory.
It's been quite a time since my last post on this Blog page.
About three weeks ago, the Good Lord did something for me, which I consider the fulfilment of a dream: THE BLESSING OF A CHAPEL IN MY RESIDENCE, THE CELEBRATION AND INSTALLATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT in the "DIVINE MERCY CHAPEL OF THE HOLY FAMILY"
On the Solemnity of the Corpus Christi, June 14, 2020, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, through the Director of Divine Worship, Fr G. Dennis Gill, gave canonical permission for this Celebration, Blessing and Installation of the Blessed Sacrament in this Chapel.

Judgement Day
After listening to Chinwe Ike's piece I felt like sharing it through my blog as part of sharing "Home Truths" with friends who care to visit this page. The point is: sometimes we try to "create" God, and by extension, all that pertain to the after life in "our own image and likeness". Some persons will refuse to believe in God if heaven is not a continuation of this present; if they cannot reunite with their loved partner and continue from where they stopped before the exit of either of them from this life. It may sound funny, but it is true that some Christians do not believe in the Heaven Jesus spoke about (refer to the Gospel lesson of resurrection/story of the seven brothers "marrying the same women") Some will refuse to work towards Heaven if their dog, cat, snake, fish and all other pets will not join them there. Good luck fellow Christians as we work out our salvation "in fear and trembling" (Phil. 2:12) God is good, merciful and kind; trust Him.
